Overlays: Can I add BGM or VO to the tour?

While using overlays, is there an option to add background music or voice over or any audio clips.

We do support background audio, and you can add it via the Control Bar

But in this case they've added the audio Sound Cloud and then used the embed hotspot with always ON option
