@gpp some times images that have the colour of the skin, might be rejected, because it looks like a camera was put between the legs I suppose Google got lots of sample images, to train their AI, from deranged people around the world ...

RE: GSV Tour over 40 Panoramas
@gpp No ... that pano is map rejected by Google AI. Google scans all images for inappropriate content, and the AI can flag an image as map rejected if you have a statue of a naked human body, or a part of the body, a billboard with someone that is a bit less dress, etc ...
For cases like that you need to press the "Fix Constellation" button. GoThru will apply some changes to the image and try to get it approved by Google AI. I would say that you can do that 2-3 times, and if the image does not get to be approved, you need to check the image and figure out why the AI is rejecting that image, and blur it. Then publish the tour back to Google. -
RE: GSV Tour over 40 Panoramas
Google has no limit on the number of images per level or tour. I am not sure I understand what do you mean the tour stops at pano 40 ?
As a note, when you publish to Google, it can take up to 48h's for Google to process the navigation, so you might not see all the navigation during that time.
Also, GoThru, has a debug system, that allows you to check what's on Google side. Once the tour is published, click on the "SV Info" button under "My Tours" section, if all the panoramas are green, then you just need to give Google more time to process the tour.

RE: Street Builder won't accept .GPX files?
@J360 Please place the .mp4 file and the .insv file in the same folder and make sure they are named the same.
Then open with Street Builder the .mp4 file. Street Builder will read the GPS from the .insv fileThe .gpx export option in Insta360 Studio is new and GoThru Street Builder does not work with it yet, but it knows to extract from the .insv which is similar.

@Cochez Je suppose qu'on peut créer un groupe Facebook en français, est-ce que ça fonctionnerait pour vous ? ou tu n'utilises pas Facebook ?

RE: Load Images Tablet S7 FE
@Tracker-Net-360 What are you trying to load? Are you talking about a virtual tour within TourMkr.com ?
There should be no difference between desktop / tablet / mobile

RE: Tour is black after publishing
@Parakalien Yes. the issue was related to our cube map pipeline, it took a bit longer to get generated. We are improving that pipeline to process these images faster

RE: Street Builder not opening on mac
You can right click and click Open, and it will work

RE: Loss of image quality in the final result
@Amazoon360 the first question would be what is the original image size/quality that your images have?
As a NOTE, GoThru does not downgrade the quality of your images, and we upload the original images.
But if you upload 20MB images to Google, they will not serve 20MB per image to their users, the images are compressed to 2-3MB
But the images on Google should still look good, this is a tour shoot with DSLR in high quality and published with GoThru, and it looks very good on Google https://maps.app.goo.gl/mJY5QLaomVy1KoWE6

RE: Embedding Virtual Tours into Facebook posts.
What you need to search is how to embed an iframe on Facebook, and you will find something like this:
https://www.loghound.com/content-marketing/how-to-easily-add-an-iframe-reveal-tab-to-your-facebook-page-no-php-required.htmlSince a Virtual Tour is embedded via an iframe on a 3rd party website the above article is relevant about how to add a virtual tour to Facebook. Now if you read the article you will find that you can not add the iframe directly in the feed, just to a Page, and I think the Page needs to have 2000 likes ...

RE: how to set max pano rotation angle
@Stefano-Ravera For now, we do not support blocking images in certain directions. For cases like that we advise blurring that portion of the panorama
-
RE: How to re-arrange starting Panorama for each level?
@Martin-Frey There is no certain way to set the starting panorama angle. Google has an AI that decides the angle. You can try playing with the centering tool, and Google AI might pick another angle but not the center ...

RE: wht coodinate sistem may i use for my 360 images
@El-Salvador-Sin-Limites GoThru reads the lat/lng from the exif data.
Are you sure that your images have GPS?
Please share via Google Drive a few images and where they need to be uploaded with support@gothru.co

RE: What is the ideal format for the splash screen?
@Vincent-Jeannerot For now the splash screen images I think should target the desktop users, but we do plan to allow a different image for mobile later in the year.

RE: Marketing tool
@EdanOrvitz The 360 video and the walkthroug video are upseller products, because you can publish them to social media platforms. But the way to capitalize on these products, is to sell them after you're original sale. Basically you sell the tour, you charge the client, and then you tell them "Hey, we also offer these videos that will help you with your social media presence, do you want them for some extra $$?"

RE: virtual tour on google, is it still working?
@alejandro-zunino Yes, publishing to Google Street View still works.
If you have only one tour to publish, there is no need to subscribe, you can pay once $10, when you publish the tour. If you have more tours then it makes sense to subscribe for how long you need the subscription. Once you terminate the subscription the tours will still be on Street View. GoThru does not take them down. -
RE: Change starting viewpoint?
@Blaze-Falconburger Are you talking about Street View tours of Virtual Tours created in GoThru?
As a NOTE Street View, Google does not allow setting the starting angle, that is picked by an AI algorithm on their side -
RE: Walkthrough map on multiple levels
@Jason-Kay each map has it's straight and weakness and they are designed for different scenarios. The jurney map is built mostly to empathize a path and provide you with information, like where you are on that path.

RE: Walkthrough video not being created
@Jason-Kay The video pipeline was stuck for about one day, now it's back working and you should have the videos that you are creating

RE: Must I blur employee and business owner faces?
@Michael-Hagen If you have consent, then you should be OK with not blurring faces. Please check Google rules for more details https://www.google.com/streetview/policy/trusted/
