Tour is black after publishing

Just created my first tour using an insta360 x3 using it's 72mp pureshot mode.
In the mobile app I was able to create all the connections, but I can't see any previews when loading the web virtual tour editor. and when I publish all I get is a black screen with the navigation arrows visible. It lets me navigate using the arrows but every image is just black.
Any idea what is going on?

@Parakalien Yes. the issue was related to our cube map pipeline, it took a bit longer to get generated. We are improving that pipeline to process these images faster
