Walkthrough map on multiple levels

Is there a way to create a walkthrough pathway over multiple levels? The virtual tours we make are for a hospital. I have found the Berlin map to be great functionally for showing a floor plan with the virtual tour however, the journey map seems to be limited to one overlay image. Any advice would be appreciated.

@Jason-Kay each map has it's straight and weakness and they are designed for different scenarios. The jurney map is built mostly to empathize a path and provide you with information, like where you are on that path.
