G Fix in progress

Some time after the tour was published on Google, one panorama turned purple. I double-clicked on it to fix the problem. After that, the tour acquired the status of G Fix in progress and has not changed for a long time.
I do not know what to do. I thought it would be possible to update the tour and thereby solve the problem, but when I go to the publication section, the message '+ fix_rejected_msg +' appears and does not allow me to take any action. Please help me solve the problem. Didn't find anything for this tour status.
