Walkthrough video not being created

Is anyone experiencing issues with the walkthrough video. When I hit create video, I get a pop-up to say it will be sent by email. I don't receive an email and no download button appears next to the create button either. Works with a 360 video but not a walkthrough. Any ideas why this might be?

@Jason-Kay The video pipeline was stuck for about one day, now it's back working and you should have the videos that you are creating
