I want to make a virtual tour for my friend's restaurant. Should I have a company?

@Jovica You do not need any company. If your friend's restaurant has a Google Map Business profile you can use GoThru to publish directly to that GMB page

I think I am professionally engaged in creating tours, so I am also thinking about opening a company. Let me know that for a start I can publish legal 360 tours even without a company -
@Jovica Yes, you don't need to have a company, you can operate as a sole proprietorship
