I'm new to adding google 360 virtual tours to google maps, now that tours have been around a while I'm finding new businesses setting up in premises that have a live tour from the previous business at that location. Can I get these removed as a 3rd party or is it down to the new business owner or the photographer that uploaded? TIA

ps I have also found businesses that have more than one tour in different years. Same would apply remove all and apply up to date version.

@Dynamic-Vision In case of older images, you need to request from Google to have them deleted. We have a tutorial explaining how to do that: https://docs.gothru.co/how-to-request-removal-of-older-panoramas-from-google/

As a Note, you need to first publish the new images to Google and then report the older ones, otherwise Google will not delete them. Also it will take Google 4-5 weeks to delete an older tour.

@albug Thankyou very much for your reply, sorry for my late reply. I have just uploaded my first tour all is good apart from the first two images have turn 180 from the original position. I have read that if images are edited this can happen. What is the fix for this? TIA cheers Douglas

@Dynamic-Vision There is no fix for that ... Google has an AI that automatically picks the starting angle for each pano. You can play with centering tool .. based on my experince it works for some tours, but not for other, and it does not matter to what you set the center, the AI will still pick what it think it's most intresting part of the pano but you might force it to pick another angle

@albug Thankyou I'm very grateful for your time / knowledge. Tour is now live it took 1 day to process and is also embedded on the customers website. Thank you Douglas
